Cleansing Routine in 10 Steps:
Step 0: Read the mask instructions and ingredients to ensure you're not allergic to any of them.
Step 1: Gather your hair with the satin scrunchie, securing it thoroughly on top of your head for comfortable lying.
Step 2: Cleanse your face with your favorite micellar water using the two cotton terry face gloves to remove the majority of your makeup.
Step 3: Place your favorite cleansing milk on the bamboo jersey part of the face cleansing pad and clean your entire face and neck.
Step 4: Use the bamboo terry side of the face cleansing pad to gently stroke your face and neck, ensuring that everything unwanted comes off with the cleansing milk.
Step 5: Wash your face and neck with water, either cold or warm, based on your preference, to remove all cleanser and impurities.
Step 6: Gently pat dry your face and neck with the waffle cotton face towel, ensuring to blot rather than rub.
Step 7: Apply the included Korean cleansing fabric mask with bamboo extract.
Step 8: Lie down, preferably on your back. If you feel like it, cover yourself and make yourself comfortable.
Step 9: Take a deep breath through your nose, then exhale through your mouth. Repeat this several times to focus on yourself. Tense and release each part of your body, starting from your toes, until you reach your head. Lastly, tense your entire body at once, then release. Lift your chin slightly, about 5 centimeters, as if you're looking at the top of bamboo searching for a cute panda. Stay in this position for a few minutes, listening to your own breath.
Step 10: After 15-20 minutes, remove the mask and gently massage the remaining essence into your skin.
If you like, continue to relax, or if you've had enough relaxation, comb your hair, apply your favorite cream, and put the used items in the laundry. You can wash them with other clothes; 30 degrees is sufficient, but it can handle up to 40 degrees. The waffle may shrink after washing, but if you stretch it out, it will look just as beautiful. Quietly note that it absorbs water better when shrunk together ;)
